 Job Description: We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is highly organized and detail-oriented. 

They have a passion for technology to help with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a fast worker. 

Can work independently and comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment. 

This role involves managing schedules. 

Project coordination and support various works Within our technology-driven organization 


 Main responsibilities: Manage and coordinate executive calendars of appointments and meetings. 

Provide customer support via email, chat, or phone by resolving basic technology-related issues. 

Project management assistance Follow the progress and guarantee that deadlines are met 

Conduct market and competitive research to support business development efforts. 

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and technical reports. 

Maintain data entry Database management and correct records 

Coordinate virtual meetings and webinars. Including timing and technical settings. 

Manage and update content on company websites and social media platforms. 

Support internal communication and team collaboration using tools like Slack, Zoom, and Trello. 

Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team.
